Shift optimization under labor law, union agreements, and operational constraints. Owned the rebuild of the configuration surface that feeds the optimization engine.

Boomich is the independent studio of João Vitor de Souza, a senior TypeScript engineer based in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal.
